In 2020, Aditi was named a National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellow for her storytelling work exploring fashion through the lens of agriculture and artisans in India. Since 2020, she has also served on the Creative Advisory Council for State of Fashion, an international fashion platform and biennale where alternatives to the current fashion system are given a stage.

Aditi is interested in exploring fashion via themes of movement building, grassroots organizing, ancestral wisdom, cultural memory, craft lineages, plant knowledge, ecofeminism, and more.

Aditi is the recipient of prestigious awards like, TRT Global Citizen Youth Award, 2024, Do Something Vanguard Award, 2023, Create & Cultivate 100 List, 2022, Green Carpet Fashion Award, 2023
